Keepin’ it Real Thursday
I woke up excited this morning.
Why?
I could think of NOTHING to share for Keepin’ it Real Thursday! GASP!? Could it possibly be true that my life has been so together this week that I simply was at a loss for anything humiliating or even somewhat disturbing to write about?
And theeeeeen I walked into the kitchen.
And theeeeeen I walked back into the bedroom to retrieve the camera. Dang it! So so close. And yet… so very far away.
That’s my floor. And those are rotten banana peels. (If you look closely you can also see dried, hard-as-a-rock Cap’n Crunch pieces. But that’s just a bonus.)
We’ve been out of bananas for at least two days.
Oh wait…. It gets better.
As I was shooing the kids out the door, I look up to see this.
I think I’m just going to leave them there till Halloween. You know. Save some money on decor.

That’s too funny! I almost ran out to my car to take pictures of my floorboard to send to you since you almost sounded like your house was rockin’ this week… I’ll just save it for my post next week. The mess will still be there then…
